How refunds work (30-day guarantee)

Every paid product comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If it's not for you, just contact us within 30 days of purchase — reply to your support conversation or email [email protected] — and we'll issue a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically land within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. No hoops, no guilt. We'd love quick feedback on what didn't land, but it's completely optional.

How to get an invoice or receipt

Your original purchase confirmation email includes a receipt from our payment processor (Stripe). Need a formal invoice with your company name and VAT/tax ID? Just reply to us with: - Company / billing name - Full billing address - VAT or tax ID (if applicable) We'll generate a proper invoice and send it over. This is common for business purchases — happy to help.

I think I was charged twice

Sorry for the worry — let's sort it out fast. First, a quick check: a pending authorization can sometimes look like a second charge and usually drops off within 1-2 days. If you see two settled charges, it's a genuine duplicate and we'll refund one immediately. Reply to us with: - The email used at checkout - When the charges happened (date/time) - The amounts We'll investigate and make it right the same day.
